1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between 88fb2 and any person who accesses, registers with, or uses the 88fb2 platform in any capacity. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 88fb2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 The 88fb2 platform is operated as an online casino and sports betting service targeting adult players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. All monetary amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.4 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be referred to 88fb2's internal dispute resolution process before any other avenue is pursued.

1.5 Headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 88fb2. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 88fb2 is committed to the prevention of underage gambling and employs verification procedures to enforce this policy. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Voluntary Registration. Registration on the 88fb2 platform is entirely voluntary. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account closure that would prevent you from lawfully using online gaming services;
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 88fb2 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. 88fb2 is designed for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. 88fb2 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any jurisdiction other than its intended market.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 88fb2 platform. Maintaining duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88fb2 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Accuracy. You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and current. If any of your details change — including your payment method, contact email, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly or notify support at [email protected].

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 88fb2 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, up to a maximum of ৳200 per month, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified at their registered email address before any such fee is applied.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your 88fb2 account at any time by contacting our support team. All outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied, and any pending withdrawal requests must be processed, before the account can be formally closed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88fb2 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 88fb2 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals, regardless of relationship. Funds deposited on the platform are held solely for wagering purposes and do not accrue interest.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Before a withdrawal can be approved, 88fb2 may require you to complete KYC verification as described in Section 2.3. 88fb2 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any fraud investigation or compliance review.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 88fb2 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your own responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Policy. 88fb2 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general provisions in this Section 5 shall apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, or device. Repeated attempts to claim first-deposit bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 7.

5.4 Game Weighting. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general weightings apply: slots and crash games contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 20%. 88fb2 reserves the right to adjust game weightings at any time.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation.

5.6 Abuse and Misuse. 88fb2 monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonus revoked and may face account suspension.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on 88fb2 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned. 88fb2 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, pricing anomaly, or suspicious betting pattern is detected.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute over the official result, 88fb2's decision, made in good faith, shall be final.

6.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded at 88fb2's discretion. 88fb2 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. 88fb2 may apply maximum win caps on individual games, bonus rounds, or progressive jackpots. Where applicable, these caps will be displayed within the relevant game or promotion information. The maximum single withdrawal per transaction is ৳500,000 (five hundred thousand Taka) unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with the 88fb2 VIP team.

6.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the live game interface. 88fb2's role is as a distributor of these games; all game outcomes are determined by the live dealer or certified RNG used by the provider.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fb2 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.

7.2 88fb2 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in relation to any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.

8.1 88fb2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 88fb2.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

8.2 88fb2 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and payment transactions to protect your data from unauthorised interception. Internal access to player data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

8.3 88fb2 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

10.1 The 88fb2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88fb2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content therein.

10.2 88fb2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical error, loss of data, or interruption of service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10.3 88fb2's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 88fb2's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 Termination by 88fb2. 88fb2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account by 88fb2 for cause, any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional balances will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to 88fb2 (including any amounts identified as fraudulently obtained) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any ongoing compliance review.

11.3 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time as described in Section 3.5. Termination of your account by you does not release you from any obligations arising under these Terms prior to the date of closure.

12.1 88fb2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document and in the hero section of this page.

12.2 Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 88fb2 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by sending an email to your registered address or displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

12.3 Your continued use of the 88fb2 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.5.
